The 'Riverside Classics' concert will feature well known music from stage and screen plus popular classics. The event opens at 12:30 with a buffet, and the music is in two sessions starting at 13:30.

Rachel Hall has been a member of the National Youth Wind Orchestra of Wales since 2006. In 2009 she joined the National Youth Orchestra of Wales and has been their principal contra bassonist. A multi-instrumentalist, Rachel is a self-taught saxophonist. She has played with the sax-quartet "Saxafaction", winning awards at the Chester and Wrexham Music Festivals and reaching the finals of the National Festival of Music for Youth in 2007. This year she graduated from Leeds College of Music with BA Hons.

For SAF 2011 Rachel has assembled a group of young musicians for a performance of music from stage and screen, mixed with popular classics, which she has arranged herself.
